Training cannot be truly effective unless you are given the opportunity to practice in the workplace - and learn from your experiences
We take a three-stage approach to every management development programme ensuring that the learning outcomes achieved are firmly embedded in the way that you manage your people. Delegates are asked to choose a work-based objective for the duration of the programme to help them practice their skills. This results in dramatic performance improvements and real business outcomes for both the delegate and the organisation.
Deborah Godbold is a Learning and Development Specialist, focusing over 20 years training, coaching and consultancy experience into the business environment. She is a Fellow of the CIPD, holds a Diploma in Training Management and is a Licensed Trainer. She has experience in learning and development strategies on a global basis and has designed and delivered development programmes in the States, Africa and South East Asia. She is authorised by the Chartered Management Institute to deliver management development programmes up to Executive level, and is the author of a range of published articles in the area of management psychology. She has experience in designing talent management programmes for board and senior management and has worked in a range of sectors - her last permanent role being in financial services.

360 Feedback Manager was approached by Tiffany, who was looking for a 360 degree feedback service that fitted more closely into the leadership development programmes she offers to medium-to-large sized businesses and organisations.
In addition to incorporating her leadership algorithms we were also able to add additional customised options to the structure of the questionnaire and the reports, resulting in greater richness of data and an added degree of refinement to raters' answers.
After successful testing and implementation we were able to incorporate the additional questionnaire and report options into our standard 360 Degree Feedback Manager service, which grows and develops with each new bespoke project we undertake.
The algorithms however remain the intellectual property of the client (in this case, Tiffany) and are not added to our standard service.
