Fully Managed Service

Our  360° Fully Managed Service gives you  a standard report that includes  a choice of content including customisable text, a large selection of question types, tables, graphs, competency rating scores and an action plan. We are constantly adding to the range of options available and can adapt any elements to suit.

The platform is designed to enable you to fully administer a 360 degree feedback project. In order to run projects successfully and comply with regulatory requirements we divide projects into three stages:

  1. Pre-project requirements agreement and third-party client setup

  2. Project administration, liaison, monitoring and co-ordination

  3. Post-project cleanup (GDPR compliance)

After signing off your project requirements we then set up your 360 degree feedback project for you or in partnership with you if preferred. You then have access to your own Consultant's Dashboard, which allows you to monitor progress, make changes and download customised reports. 

We offer support and advice (if needed) throughout the duration of your project, via our team of consultants.

As standard, we:

  • help you understand and list all the requirements of your project

  • ensure you have all the required  assets, e.g. competencies, questions, notification styles, logos, reports, in place

  • enter all your data and setup all the options as per your requirements

  • run a dummy project with test data for you so that you can see exactly how the project will run and how the final report will look

  • Administer the project, liaise with subjects and raters, co-ordinate between all the parties involved and monitor progress, ensuring the project flows smoothly.

  • After the project we debrief and remove or anonymise your data to ensure you comply with data protection policies.
