Our 360° Managed Service gives you a standard report that includes a choice of content including customisable text, a large selection of question types, tables, graphs, competency rating scores and an action plan. We are constantly adding to the range of options available and can adapt any elements to suit.
We set up your 360 degree feedback project for you or in partnership with you if preferred. You then have access to your own 360° Feedback Manager dashboard, which allows you to monitor progress, make changes and download customised reports.
